Delivery and Returns

At Emma Collins Fine Art, we take care to ensure your artwork reaches you in perfect condition. This policy explains our production times, delivery details, and returns process.

1. Production Times

All artwork is made to order. Production times begin once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed.

• Fine Art Paper Prints – 48 to 72 hours to print

• Foil Prints – 48 to 72 hours to print

• Canvas Prints – 48 to 120 hours to print

Please note: production times do not include delivery time.

2. Delivery

• Delivery is free on all orders within the UK.

• Our most common delivery service is Evri (other carriers may be used if required).

• Delivery timeframes will vary based on location and chosen service.

• We will provide tracking information where possible.

• Once the order is dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.

3. Packaging

We take every precaution to protect your order during transit:

• Canvas Prints – packaged in rigid double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes for maximum protection.

• Fine Art Paper & Foil Prints – packaged in rigid spiral-wound cardboard tubes made from recycled materials, sealed with compostable tube ends.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, please note:

• This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.

• As all items are printed to order, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Contact us at info@emmacollinsfineart.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and product.

3. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for purchase.

7. Responsibility for Returned Items

Until the returned item reaches us, it remains your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

8. Governing Law

This Delivery & Returns Policy is governed by Scottish law, and disputes will be resolved in the Scottish courts.
