Duke of Dandyshire
from £45.00

Overview

Duke of Dandyshire is one of four knights in the series, inspired by reredos, medieval mythology, and tales of chivalry. True to his name, he is playful, flirty, and camp in aesthetic. His armour becomes a character in its own right — expressive, decorative, and full of personality. Printed on a clean white background, the piece offers breathing space for framing while brimming with colour and charm.

Style & Colour

Dandyshire’s armour shines in bright yellows, emerald greens, and sugary baby pinks, with his helmet glowing like a sunrise against the vibrant backdrop. Floral decoration and abstract shapes proudly adorn his armour, reflecting his flamboyant, light-hearted nature. Behind him lies a background of lilacs and powdered blues, adding a cool contrast to his warm and vivid palette.

The armour sits at the centre of a reredos-inspired frame, ornamented with playful details: two bouncy blue bows, a radiant sunflower to one side, and a pair of vessels — a ginger jar and matching jug. A yellow porcelain bunny, a recurring motif, makes an appearance tying him to the wider collection.

Collage-inspired and drawing on home décor, patterned walls, and ornamental design, the work balances grandeur with a sense of homeliness. Digitally assembled from hand-drawn motifs, scanned textures, and tablet-drawn details, it layers linoleum-inspired patterns and felt-tip textures to create rich ornamentation.

Perfect for a maximalist space, or a home with maximal potential, Duke of Dandyshire brings wit, vibrancy, and a playful spirit, alongside a welcoming sense of homeliness.

Dame Sugarplume
from £45.00

Overview

Dame Sugarplume is part of the knightly quartet, a series inspired by reredos, medieval mythology, and tales of valour. As with the other knights, the armour itself becomes the character — expressive, ornamental, and brimming with personality without the need for a visible figure inside. Printed against a clean white background, the piece is striking yet playful, with space left for clean framing.

Style & Colour

At first glance, Dame Sugarplume glows vividly in orange. Her chest plate bears the portrait of her beloved teddy bear — a motif that appears again on the ledge below. It is as though she fights in her teddy’s honour, her armour serving as a testament of loyalty. Decorated with abstract shapes in warm reds and oranges, she lives up to her name: the sweetest of the knights, dressed in candy-like and honeyed tones.

At her feet, a small garden of flowers, insects, and butterflies grows, adding softness and life to her display. She sits against a layered background of patterned textures in blues and greens, a cool contrast that heightens the vividness of her armour.

Collage-inspired and influenced by home decor, patterned walls, and ornamental design, the work balances grandeur with a sense of homeliness. Digitally assembled from hand-drawn motifs, scanned textures, and tablet-drawn details, it layers linoleum-inspired patterns and felt-tip textures to create rich surfaces full of detail.

Ideal for a maximalist space, or any home with maximal potential, Dame Sugarplume brings vibrancy, sweetness, and playfulness, alongside a comforting sense of homeliness.

from £45.00

Overview

Count Sassington of Snark is one of four knights in a series inspired by reredos, medieval knight mythology, and tales of valour and chivalry. Here, the armour itself takes centre stage — it carries personality and character without the need for a wearer, hinting at the nature of the person who might inhabit it.
